CHAMBELLAND
A new boulangerie Chambelland has opened near Oberkampf dedicated to gluten-free breads, tarts and other pastries. It makes its own flour with buckwheat and rice sourced from producers in the Camargue, and on the Pô plain in Italy, which is then milled in their dedicated mill in the south of France. The bright, pretty space makes it a great spot to enjoy the menu at breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea.
