That the Canal Saint Martin project?
I don’t think so… Fred Peneau described it to me as Seine side, and a new hotel build on an empty terrain. I was wondering if it wasn’t Ile Seguin… What’s the Canal St Martin project?
quai de seine- la vilette? Can’t think of much elsewhere where there’d be that much space…Ile Seguin’s too far out for it to work..I heard a rumour awhile back about a “Dutch company” designing a hotel for next year on the Canal…
Are you sure they weren’t pitching together for the Samaritaine site? The size of the development, location and timing seem to add up.
