Cookbook Fair at the 104

This weekend, starting Fri, inside the airy CENTQUATRE contemporary arts centre, will be the inaugural Cookbook Fair showcasing publishers and authors from around the world, as well as celebrity French and international chefs demonstrating recipes for the public (Michel Troisgros, Pascal Aussignac…), a wine ‘pentathlon’ , and a fascinating series of talks on the world of the cook book.
