A fine addition to Ménilmontant nightlife, this new bar was inspired by the legendary dancer and singer Josephine Baker. Two floors and two bars propose a fine selection of whisky, wine and cocktails within a plush art deco inspired décor. Set up by the crew from that other local favourite Le Cannibale, the place feels like a sophisticated lounge, blending a smoky, modern touch with the cool nostalgia of its namesake. DJs play every Thu, Fri and Sat night, spinning a retro rock and jazz selection, and there’s a delicious bar menu too.
Daily, 6pm-2am.
