MIL AMORES TORTILLERIA
Paris has its first tortilla factory. Nestled in the back of a nondescript building on the Avenue Parmentier, Mil Amores is rolling out fresh corn tortillas (€10/kg), triangle cut tortilla chips (€10/kg raw, or €16/kg fried), salsa and tostadas. The trilingual trio behind Mil Amores includes Luis Rendon (also the chef at Candelaria), Erika Ungur and Guillermo Pita Gil. Pick up your order on Saturdays only, between 1-3pm, and say hi to the team, or during the week place your order online (Colissimo delivery or Sat pick-up). They also fill orders for restaurants, so be on the look out for their crispy chips and fresh tortillas around town!
